IF YOU WANT BIG MUSCLE YOU GOTTA EAT TO GROW

When Im Trying to Bulk up a Bit and Get some thicker Muscle, I eat Foods that Are High In Protein. After all Protein does build muscle. I usually Drink Protein Shakes that are Higher In calories and Higher in Protein Content. I stick with Foods Such as Chicken, Lean Beef, Fish, Brown Rice and Beans.

YOU WANT ME TO WHAT??????????

YES, EAT MORE BY SNACKING SO YOU CAN EAT LESS!!!! (WHAT!!!)People often avoid snacks because they are afraid of weight gain which is true, provided you eat unhealthy snacks, However snacking can be beneficial in controlling the amount  of food you eat during key meals like lunch and dinner. By Skipping meals in between you are potentially setting yourself up to "overeat" due to your body being in a fast state if you go too long between meals.

THEY SAY BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY

Well it is! Studies (Google it!) Have shown that by eating breakfast one has better overall learning ability, attention span, general well being and an easier time losing weight! So the next time you find yourself skipping out on breakfast, THINK ABOUT ALL YOUR GOING TO MISS! This could be the difference maker between you having a bad day, or a great day.

A great choice for breakfast that I always choose especially to keep the weight off is:

2 cups of Egg Whites
4 slices of Turkey Bacon
2 scoops of Whey Protein

*I add a Multivitamin as well.

*This is just a sample breakfast on My blog. I do not encourage anyone to eat anything if you are alergic or have any other health issues with the above. What you choose to eat is solely up to you.
